Q.  How quickly will I receive my order?

A.  After your payment clears, Maison St. Germain will ship your order with in 3-5 business days.

Q. Where is the shipping cost?

A. We will email you within 24 hours of  purchase with the best shipping price. After your confirmation, we will charge the Paypal account you paid with.

Q.  How do you ship?

A.   We will ship your pieces via USPS or UPS. If you have a preference or would like insurance, just let us know.

Q . Do you ship outside of the US?

A. Absolutely! Just send us an email before hand, so we can get you the best shipping rate.

Q. Do you accept returns?

A. Maison St. Germain does not accept returns. All our merchandise is vintage, gently loved, or one of a kind. We will disclose any imperfections and our descriptions are specific. However, if you ever have any questions about any of our pieces- please let us know and we will answer them.

Q. What happens if something is damaged during shipping?

A. Please inspect your packages on arrival. If something is broken, let us know quickly so we can take care of it for you.

Q. Will you share my information with any third parties?

A. We will definately not share your information with anyone!  

Q. Can I use your images for my personal use?

A. All our images are property of Maison St. Germain. Please do not use anything with out our written permission.

Q. What type of payment do you accept?

A. We accept all credit cards through PayPal. If you would like to send us a check or money order, we ask that you email us before hand. We will then RESERVE your item(s) until we receive payment.

Q. Do your lamps and other electrical items work?

A. Please have any electrical item purchased from Maison St. Germain, inspected by a professional. Most pieces are vintage or antique and the wiring may be bad.
