Privacy Policy: We, at Maison St. Germain respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with anyone. We use a secure server to process your payment.
Return Policy: Please note that since most of our pieces are vintage, gently loved or one of a kinds, we do not accept returns. We do try to describe our product specifically and to disclose any and all imperfections. If you have any questions, please ask us before purchasing.
Payment Policy: Payments are due at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. Please note that you do not have to register with paypal to make a payment. We also accept money orders and bank checks sent directly to us.
Damages: Please inspect your purchase upon receipt. If it is damaged due to shipping, please let us know immediately so we can take care of it.
Shipping: We ship packages UPS or USPS within a week of receiving your order, unless otherwise notified. If you require insurance, please notify us. Please contact us if you are outside the US.
